To use the PopAddress PopUp menu, you must hold down the modifier keys (see “The PopAddress Window” for more information on setting it up) and click and hold down the mouse button. From this menu you can:
• Dial Phone, Paste Address or Paste Email Address (depending on how you have your preferences set up) without having to open the PopAddress edit window. Records are listed in a hierarchical menu. If there are fewer than 26 records in your PopAddress database, all records will be shown in one menu. If there are more records, records will be shown under the appropriate letter.
